The San Francisco Arts Commission (http://www.sfartscommission.org/) has set up a series of posters representing characters from Dashiell Hammett's The Maltese Falcon (one of my favorite novels). Artist Owen Smith made this image to represent the fat man, Kaspar Gutman, and his associate, Joel Cairo.
