Hi Joe, I've been wondering for a while, what *is* the pneumatic rolling-sphere carrier delusion?

Well, I guess it's kind of self-descriptive--what I mean is, were people once subject to this delusion and actually want to try building such a thing?

"The Pneumatic Rolling-Sphere Carrier Delusion" comes from a series of articles written by PH Van der Weyde, a really interesting 19th Century guy who was a musician, an inventor, and all sorts of other stuff.
