Plastic Man, created by Jack Cole was a distinctive character who appeared in
Police Comics, published by Quality Comics. Jack Cole drew the strip with humor and took advantage of Plastic Man's ability to stretch and twist into any shape. I remember when DC brought the character back in the 1960s.
